This is one of the very best kitchen equipment I have in my kitchen, is strong and steady for making almond and peanut butter but yet soft on onions, garlics seeds. I am totally in love with it. Thank you for such an amazing equipment! I can’t imagine my kitchen without it!!

A Whole Lotta Food Processor

A lot of useful tools come with this food processor and using this big machine can be unwieldy. However, almost everything I ask of the Breville Sous Chef 16 Pro, it does well. Slicing could be a smoother process. The accessories can be a pain to store in the correct cubby holes. But, generally, this machine works very well. The potato peeler is a marvel. It is also a solid machine that feels as if it will last quite a long time. I am pleased with this purchase.

Make sure it has all the features your looking for! There is a step up with dicing and peeling that really is not adaptable. You will over pay it cannot be added. I wish I knew this before I bought it. Breville could increase revenue if you could buy these accessories after the purchase of such a quality kitchen appliance! Other than missing out on these features I love love love my food processor and use it every week for meal prep!

Amazing & Powerful!

I was looking for a powerful food processor that could handle making a large amount of nut butters and this does not disappoint!! But my favorite feature has actually turned out to be the timer. I started making my own butter and now I can set my timer and now that I won't overdo it! I also love the french fry blade!

We had an old KitchenAid processor that was very durable but the bowl cracked after many years. We looked at many brands and read many reviews in choosing a replacement. We already own a Breville sandwich grill and juicer, so we knew that Breville has high quality products.
We are still learning the many features of our new processor. We like the ease of shredding vegetables and the disc storage case for the accessories, as well as the solid feel.

This guy does it all and then some. it makes short work of so many vegetables. my only knock is that there are so many pieces in it's case that it certainly is ideal to keep the case, but it ends up taking up way more room and needed. i still use it because its worth keeping everything safe from banging (i have slide-out hardware for my cabinets).

This thing is a powerhouse. It is so fast and my nut butters come out creamier than I’ve ever gotten them with my old food processor. It is also super easy to clean. My old one had tons of tiny crevices that were impossible to get into, but the breville is designed well to avoid that issue. I love this thing.
