Powerful processor

Excellent quality, cuts food quickly and with precision. Powerful! An abundance of attachments. I am still trying to learn how to use it proficiently. Only had it a couple weeks. Recommended!

Powerful but quiet

This is an amazing processor. So far we have only used the grating blade to shred 10 pounds of cheese in just minutes with easy clean up. Looking forward to making good use of the other features. The motor is very powerful and heavy duty.

Powerful and versatile . Only shortcomings are the price compared to other machines and the size. It's about a 1/4" shy of being able to fit under the top cupboard fully assembled. It just fits if you remove the plunger. If you're into cooking and can afford it, I recommend this food processor.

This has been used almost every day since 2016. I bought it as someone who was single, And now I have three young kids it has truly lasted the test of time; hummus’s, stirfry, I did have to replace the measuring cup at some point and that costed $25. Overall I am so pleased with it

This processor has many good reviews but few speak to the real issues such as lack of parts. I purchased this unit as Christmas gift for chopping and dicing but eventually found out that I required an additional 'dicing kit' in order to dice properly. Unfortunately these are not easily found, sold out almost everywhere. I managed to find a kit only to then find out that this kit now requires a 'geared spindle' and should not be used with the included 'disc spindle'. This was only mentioned in the fine print of the dicing kit and no customer review mentioned this. Some reviews do mention difficulties finding replacements bowls and declining customer service in recent years. The geared spindle is available in the US but does not ship to Canada. The geared spindle is sold out everywhere outside of the US and no can tell me if or when these might be available again.
While I have not used the machine yet, I would NOT recommend the Breville sous chef if dicing is needed. This unit requires too many additional kits and parts that are not readily available.

I’ve made so many things with this in only a week. Used it almost every day! Shreds cheese and veggies with ease. Mixed up falafel well and made creamy hummus. Quick and easy to clean. Can’t believe I’ve made it this far in life without a food processor. Just love it.

I had the opportunity to use a similar model in the past and was thrilled with the way it performed. This experience encouraged me to watch for pricing that was more within my budget. I am happy I did. It was worth the wait, definitely makes large jobs go faster. If cost is no issue, I would definitely recommend. If cost is an issue, be patient and watch for sale pricing. The wait is worth it.
