Extremely poor design

Do not buy this refrigerator!! We have had 2 service calls in 2 months of ownership for the ice maker. Used the hot water feature once and it leaked all over the kitchen for a week. Far worse, the icemaker relies on a chintzy plastic handle that is not strong or well attached enough to open the door to the icemaker. The ice gets stuck at the top of the bin, the handle flies off and across the kitchen, and I get a knife and pry the door open. We asked if we could return it and were told 'no' after having it about 8 weeks. They are going to replace the icemaker but with the same crappy plastic handle and bad design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love it!! We schedule for water to get hot at certain times and the keurig is ready to go. Love that I free up counter space and never have to refill the water. Definitely recommend. Lots of room in fridge and freezer for storage also

It’s Alright at best

Love how spacious this fridge is although I have a few complaints. First, it’s pretty stinking’ loud. The ice maker, the compressor, the pump, all of it. If your kitchen is open concept to another room you might want to look into it a little more. We live in a small home and didn’t want to sacrifice having nice appliances just because the space is small. The overall fridge feels pretty cheaply made for the price point. The freezer drawer shakes back and forth when opening as if it’s not on sturdy enough slides. The biggest let down has been the keurig though, as it takes about 7-10 minutes to make one cup of coffee and you have to pour it yourself you can’t walk away and have a cup ready when you come back like a traditional keurig, I wish we’d known that prior to purchase. Overall I think there’s better, less expensive options out there but we got caught up in the hype. Everyone was saying such good things which I assume now it was to their benefit? Idk. I’m just being honest.

Piece of junk

Bought this fridge. Broke within a year. Took GE 6 months to replace it. Replacement broke within 24 hrs. I was looking for cameras like I was on TV. I wish. No prank. Just junk.

Oustanding features from ice production and Keurig

After 2 weeks this Cafe refrigerator has exceeded our expectations from keeping everything cold and frozen to being whisper quiet and the solid feel to close the doors

I bought this thinking it would be nice, but I gotta say my Samsung that was half the price with many of the same features was on par. It's great, don't get me wrong, but based on price is my rating.

Actually didn’t buy this model at first but due to a manufacturer canceling our original order and neither manuf. nor the store notifying us, we were given this upgrade. Sooo glad !
