Unexplained problem

I love the look of this refrigerator. The problem is that the left hand fruit/vegetable (climate zone) bin does not pull up and out of refrigerator, although according to the manual the climate zone bin should come all the way out. The right hand fruit/vegetable (climate zone) bin comes out only if I remove the 2 lower door bins. Even so, it comes out with difficulty. Each of the refrigerator doors have no wall or cabinet restrictions that would impede the doors from fully opening. According to specs published on the Cafe website these refrigerator doors open to 61.5 inches. My refrigerator doors open only to 56 inches. A GE technician in my home was unable to explain it, as was the engineering department he called. Hopefully this can be resolved and explained.

Keurig is scam, ice cubes always clog

The Keurig coffee takes FOREVER for just one cup. Seriously, it is NOT a feature. The ice cube maker is always clogged, and not easy to get to. The filters can ONLY be their brand - you can't shop or get better options, only theirs.

We liked the Kuerig function when it WORKED!

Our hot water / Kuerig pod function has been broken for the past 6 months and numerous service calls have not been able to resolve the issue! I like the fridge but the hassle trying to get it repaired or replaced has been terrible.

Fancy look. Poor performance

Very disappointed with this purchase. It’s very loud. The keurig apparatus takes too long and is too complicated. The refrigerator fan stopped functioning. Had to have it replaced.

Pretty but unreliable

Have had one issue with the fridge where the freezer and Ice maker stopped working. GE was very responsive with customer service and it hasn't happened since but the fridge is only 6 months old. It can't keep up making ice cubes - just my wife and I can go through it in an evening of cocktails. It could never hold up for a dinner party. We have an RO system feeding the fridge water and the water barely trickles through, even with a bypass cartridge in place.

We did want to mention that your icemaker will make approximately 3.6 lbs. per day, and the ice bin itself can hold 3.8 lbs. of ice. Don’t waste the money to have the Keurig

The Keurig is terrible. It takes forever to heat up and then it may give you 10oz and it may give you 5 oz. It is never consistent. The novelty of it is much better than the product. Extremely disappointed. The refrigerator part does what it is supposed to but this is much overpriced for what you get.

The water in the tank can take up to 5 minutes to heat once hot water is required. We recommend taking advantage of the SmartHQ app on your smartphone. Good idea poor execution

The first day we had the fridge the water system leaked. GE came to fix it and now the Keurig brewer and the hot water don’t work.

I would consider another frig.

The refrigerator prior to walk through and after settlement is malfunctioning. There seems to be part near or at the broken motor or condenser, which, when the refrigerator is running, it's very loud. The K-cup is not working, and the water dispenser is barley operating.
