Kind of Featureless

I've had this fridge for about a month, and I've had GE fridges before, so I was kind of expecting a little more richness to the features. This fridge almost appears to be GE's first attempt at a refrigerator. Here are my thoughts:
1) There's no actual temperature of the fridge & freezer. You can set the temperature set points, but there's no indication of the actual temperatures in those areas. I have a cheaper GE fridge and it shows both the set points and actual temperatures in each compartment. This can be quite useful in recognizing a performance failure.
2) The maximum coffee brew is 10oz. You have a choice between 6, 8 or 10oz. Not many people in America drink 10oz coffees. Maybe some petite woman in a Parisian cafe, but most people in the States drink probably a small at 12oz, and mostly 20oz. I use a fillable KCup and have to run it twice to get my 20oz coffee in the morning. It's not a bad feature actually, it's just surprising that they limited themselves to a maximum coffee of 10oz.
3) While using the water dispenser, the display shows the current volume of water dispensed. That is nice, but as soon as you let off of the trigger the volume display goes away. It would be nice if the dispensed volume persisted for 3 - 5 seconds after releasing the trigger, to confirm how much volume was dispensed.
4) When using the Precise Fill feature, you set up how much water you'd like dispensed, then you're required to hold the vessel against the trigger to dispense the water. This seems a little self-defeating. It would be nice to set up the amount of water to be dispensed, push the trigger once to initiate the dispensing, then be able to walk away while the water is being dispensed so one could attend to other things in the kitchen.
These appear to me to be solvable simply thru a software upgrade. It would be nice if the Engineers at GE would consider upgrading these features.

Roomy with nice features

Was a little nervous when I ordered this refrigerator as its dimensions were smaller than my last fridge; however, I was surprised that the eternal storage actually seemed greater than my previous side-by-side. The Keurig feature is a nice touch allowing me to free up space on my counter by putting my old Keurig in the garage. The WiFi and Google Assistant feature (I believe it is also Alexa capable) also allows me to turn on the hot water when I'm upstairs so that it's ready when I come down. The only cons I have are the coffee size choices, the precision fill, and it the refrigerator motor can sometimes be a little louder than my old fridge. As for the coffee sizes: the largest is 10oz, which is just a little smaller than the 16oz cup I normally go for. The precision fill requires you to hold the cup or pan against the dispenser level (can't hold a separate button) and if you let go, it stops and the measurement starts over instead of continuing were you let go.

Lovely

We bought about a month ago. Big fridge. We wish the left door had more storage; the shelves are very narrow. The Kuerig also splashes water onto the back part of the water dispenser which we have to wipe off with water use. It does seem like a well made fridge though.

The fridge works very well. I gave it 4 stars because I don't love the stainless finish. In some lighting it looks like there are dents. Otherwise it works really well and is very spacious

Slow Ice Maker

So far my wife and I really like our new refrigerator, but as others have noted we're not big fans of the very slow (12-24hrs to fill small ice holder) ice maker. Additionally, what was the rationale behind a Keurig Brewing System that's completely incompatible with any type of reusable cups?

Cheap Stainless Steel Scratches Easily

This fridge may look great, but the stainless steel scratches incredibly easily. Just touching the surface with a jar or a plastic chip clip as you put things away leaves a scratch on the outside. And there is no product that they sell that covers or removes the scratch. In addition, the stainless steel must be very thin as the bottom freezer stainless steel quickly became wavy and warped - in less than one year! This stainless steel cafe refrigerator replaced a stainless steel Frigidaire refrigerator that I had for almost 20 years. In those 20 years the Frigidaire never had scratches like this. Cannot recommend cafe, would never buy again and regret this purchase every day I look at the fridge and see the scratches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
