I purchased the GE Cafe Series Fridge about 2 months ago and I simply love it.
Got interested because of the Keurig coffee brewing system, but found that it's a really great fridge as well.

The only down side is the Keurig takes about 2-3 minutes per cup to heat up. I like instant gratification in the morning!

Best frig ever

My husband and I renovated our kitchen last month. We went back and forth which frig we would buy. We love having the Keurig and hot water on the frig. Because it has WiFi we can turn it on before we get out of bed, no waiting for hot water. I also love having one less appliance on the counter...

Overall i am happy with the product. Only compliant is Keurig sometimes has leak after brew. And sometimes, as other review I read, the ice maker may cause some leak of water when the door is closed. But those are still within my tolerance range so I will still recommend this product to others. The Keurig brewer is so nice!

I am usually not one to be on the cutting edge of new things. This has a lot of electronic features that can go bad and possibly expensive to fix. When researching what new refrig to get to replace my almost 30 yr old GE refrig, I was intrigued with the refrig with a built in keurig. I don't drink coffee so I did not have coffee available for guest. I thought this would be a great alternative to have for brewing coffee for guest and not have another appliance crowding my already crowded counter. Plus I can now easily brew iced and hot tea, and hot chocolate. It has been a real novelty with friends.
I recently started drinking more water to lose weight, so the filtered water dispenser had come in handy. A con is the filter was really hard for me to change.

I have had this refrig for about 7 months. Other troubling things, the handle on the ice bin keeps coming off when I have to open the cover to the ice bin to break up frozen in place ice when the ice will not dispense. A shelf seems to have dropped but I have not unloaded the refrig to figure out if it can be easily fixed back into place. I see a drop of water sometimes clinging to the end of the water dispenser. You have to open both doors to pull out the bottom drawer for meats/deli
The refrig/freezer is very roomy and bigger than some refrigs on the market. The freezer with two drawers is easy to organize than a freezer at the top. Before the refrig was delivered I had to quickly find a handyman to modify the cabinet and countertop to accommodate the new refrig, so be sure to measure if you can fit this unit in your existing kitchen. If you are buying for a new home, make sure the plan will allow installation. I also had to get a plumber to hook up the water. The installers said the water line at the old refrig would not allow the connection to the new refrig water line connection.
I have always been pleased with the performance and longevity of my GE appliances. My appliance repairman recommended GE and few others and also recommended to stay away from some brands due to the history he has seen with repairs.
