Almost perfect

We love ALMOST everything about this fridge. The Keurig feature is nice BUT it won't brew a 12oz cup of coffee, like our actual Keurig brewer does AND it takes a LONG time to heat the water. It's even worse when you have to heat and brew a 10oz cup, pull off the adapter and slide it right back on, heat up water for 6oz but shut it off manually when you guess that another 2oz has been dispensed. That is a PAIN and almost makes the Keurig function totally unusable. Fix the 12oz brew function, and you'll be close to having a winner.

Great idea, needs a llttle work

Purchased this model in November 2021, and it was delivered Jan 2022. One month later, entire front panel (ice, water, hot water, keurig, touch panel) are all unresponsive. the fridge itself is still powered as observed by the interior lights when we open the doors.
As far as the keurig functionality, the mount that holds the keurig attachment appears to be plastic, and can wear out over time. Also it drips leftover water/coffee after the brew, so you have to bring a saucer or extra cup to catch it or risk coffee all over the floor as you detach the keurig piece and toss the k-cup.
the plastic shipping covering over the stainless steel is all in the rubber/grooves and is difficult to remove.
other than those things, the fridge cools well and does not make a lot of noise which is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. However, if you're finding that water is dripping from your dispenser long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. Over the Top!

This is the result of a long search. The kicker? The in front Kuerig! Ice water and hot coffee from the same appliance!
The interior is beyond accessible for everything you can put in the fridge.

Stellar features with room for improvement

What I love:
- hot water/Keurig adapter
- convertible half shelf that can slide in or out
- interior lighting
- gold accent on freezer door handle
- size/capacity
- slide out oversize cup/carafe tray

Room for improvement:
- a spot dedicated for eggs; I curse the Dropdown tray, but the carton has to be wedged in and using the Dropdown tray removes height from tall bottles in the door
- the lid on the butter compartment in the door won’t stay lifted
- the internal ice maker takes up valuable space making it difficult to stick standard condiment bottles inside the left door
- the ability to activate the hot water/brew automatically when the water heats up
- the ability to heat more than 10 oz. at a time
- the ability to “lock” the water dispenser into a preset amount of dispensing (e.g. when I fill a 96 oz. carafe to not have to depress the water dispenser that whole time)
- cannot for life of me upload photos onto the slideshow screen; wish I could load into the Smart HQ app.

Overall I really like my fridge. I almost rated it 4 stars, but I realized that rating was biased simply based on how much money I spent and how much I want the fridge to be higher stars. Overall I’m happy with my fridge and, despite its many rooms for improvement, do very much recommend it — strictly for the Keurig and hot water feature. If the hot water/Keurig is not important to you, probably not the fridge for you.

Great Refrigerator...Only One Challenge

I love this refrigerator! Makes a great cup of Keurig coffee. Excellent functions with regards to water and ice. The only challenge I have...doesn't trap smells. I don't even have anything old or rotten in my new refrigerator (had it 3 weeks) but if sitting in the living room, you can smell whatever is in the refrigerator when the door opens. Was used to Sub-Zero where it seemed to have better seals.
All in all, a great refrigerator at this price.
