Nothing but repeat problems

Freezer door didn’t shut, got new one. Freezer door tracking still bad. Plastic shelf is warped and won’t stay in the door. Chill drawer rolls out on its own EVERY time I open the doors. You cannot adjust the feet on your own to make this stop, they have to do it for you. The fridge handle is already loose, the tray for the coffee cup sucks and leaks. I just wanted a fridge not a glorified technology ridden piece of garbage. The repair people have been here 3 times and I still don’t have a functioning fridge. Extremely unhappy with my purchase :(

This is the worst...high end = bad quality

We purchased this GE product about 3 years ago and within 90 days GE had to replace the entire unit. Now, again the entire touch screen pad seems to be out and cannot update or switch anything. Also the coffee maker my wife wanted broke. Help GE!

We purchased this refrigerator less than a month ago and love the space/layout. The shelves, drawers and door storage is great! I would rate it as 5 stars if the ice maker would make ice quicker. It takes a while...

The Kurig is super finicky , fridge space Is super small and pretty sure my freezer is going out after only having it for 8 months

2 weeks after installation, doesn’t work.

Was working well for 2 weeks. This stopped making ice and stopped cooling at all. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. There’s no excuse! Now we wait for someone to try to fix it for 5 days while we have to deal w the perishable and frozen food. Not very happy.

Going on six years

I thought it would be good to share a review from someone who has had this since November 2018. We were attracted to it for all the bells and whistles and the Keurig. I'm here because I wanted to see about organized accessories and discovered that there is a drop down dairy tray for eggs! Took me six years to actually read "drop down dairy tray." And I was hoping to understand what I'm supposed to put in a 2" shelf/tray. The pros is it has been a reliable unit for us. The freezer is large, the adjustable shelves are great, especially the one that does a 1/2 fold for when you need taller items to store. Now that I know about the whole bin thing, I love that they can pull out for meal prep and then slide back in easily. I feel that the temp is consistent. I very much like controlling things with my app and setting my Keurig to be ready when I wake or open the app and get it started while I'm still in bed. The cons, for whatever reason we struggle to replace the water filter. At one point we did have it serviced and turns out it was related to how we kept forcing the filter in. I REALLY wish we could use a refillable Keurig cup. We use the brewing system daily. Another issue, and I'm not sure why it is, but the ice maker can't seem to keep up with our needs. On a daily basis it's fine, but if we have a full house in the summer, we always buy an extra bag of ice. I don't recall having that issue with our past refrigerator.

Many good features

I struggled with changing from side by side but quickly adjusted to the change to french doors with freezer on bottom. I've only had it for 5 days so it may be a bit early for my comments but I have to say it's a lot louder than the Whirlpool I just got rid of. I will be calling merchant to give them the opportunity to see if there might be something wrong causing load noise level under norm operation.
