Sleek with nice features

This is our first French door fridge and so far I like it. It looks beautiful! However I don’t feel like the refrigerator gets as cold as it should, so I will be calling about that soon. I like the kuerig option. It does take a minute or so for hot water. I also like that it’s WiFi capable and I can control from my phone. I wish the door compartments were a little different placements so I could get taller options in there. As far as refrigerators go, I have seen other brands I liked better as far as looks AND interior layout but had to go with GE CAFE line to go with rest of our kitchen appliances.

They don't make it the way they used to

I got this fridge as a warranty replacement for another fridge which only lasted four years, after paying double the money I paid for for the old one. I thought GE with it's good reputation in the past would be a better choice. I was wrong. This fridge has some very impressive features but there is a design flow. The ice maker and the water dispenser is in the door and every time you get water some how the water leaks down into the freezer below and ices up. I only had it for a week this icing problem is beginning to worry me. Fortunately I bought extended warranty which is a must with these modern day appliances .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Fridge

We have owned the fridge almost 2 months, no major problems with it. The only minor issues were the hot water alarm stopped ringing, so I googled and tried powering it off for 30 secs. It worked and no problems since. The Hot water everyone once in a while will not dispense, but you reset the kuerig dispenser( because you have to)and it works perfectly. Only happened 2 times. The wifi capability is awesome. The door alarm is awesome. The Fridge and freezer both hold a lot and the separate drawers for fruits and veggies are great and keep the food fresher a lot better than my old Fridge Another negative is that for the most part if you get in and out of the drawers a lot, you have to always open both doors especially if you use the programmable lower food drawer a lot, which we do. I think the last negative or down side is that the ice cube side of the french door, is basically useless. You have one very narrow ( about 2-3") plastic shelf, which is good for medicines that might need to be kept refrigerated. It will not hold a plastic water bottle.
Overall we love the fridge, even with it's quirks and downsides. IT has been dependable and feels solid. If we had a 2nd chance, we would still pick this unit.

Love My Fridge

The space in this refrigerator is amazing! I was so tired of not having enough space in my old refrigerator to put anything and this refrigerator has it all! It is absolutely beautiful and I love all the extra functions, add photos, Bree a cup of coffee, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I bought this product two months ago.The product features worked as advertised with brewing fresh coffee every morning. After about two months, the Keurig unit began leaking water, which was reported in previous product reviews. However, after thoroughly cleaning the Keurig unit, the water leaking stopped and all is fine. Just be sure to clean the Keurig unit periodically and enjoy fresh brewed coffee every morning. Love the product

We have had out GE Cafe fridge for about 2 months.We love the features, though takes a while for hot water. The fridge is beautiful and functional and we are sure it will last as long as our GE Profile (we had for 20 years and now being used by our kids).

Between the black slate finish and in-door hot water/coffee maker, this fridge definitely makes an impression. I upgraded from the stainless steel profile series when I moved to my new home and I'm totally digging it.
