Great Features—Trouble Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago and have used it as the online videos have said. However I can’t seem to get the burn marks and grease marks off the griddle. It’s frustrating because we paid a lot for this product....still trying to find options
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean
