Monogram gas range top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and installed Nov 2024. I really like the look of the unit. It really cooks well, actually very hot! There are many setting to the gas flame that makes it easy to adjust as you need to.
The ignition unit stopped working at 2 1/2 months. Customer service was quick to respond, had to wait about a week for the repair person. They are ordering the part so it will be at least a 2 week process.
Design of unit: I found i can not use the griddle for very greasy items like bacon. I clean the griddle, as recommended, with ice to loosen the debri. The drip tray is too small and dumps out the contents of the drip pan as you take the tray out.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean

Dumb design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to new house only 2-3 weeks back. In first 2 days all the knobs were broken and valves bent. Even the service guy who came called it dumb design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rangetop is absolutely gorgeous with state-of-the-art cooking performance. I gave a four instead of a 5 due to the ease of cleaning, although it is not difficult to clean, it can be better. The iron grates scratch easily. Overall, this product is a wonderful buy; I’d do it again.

It is a very serious piece of machinery.
I cook three times a day, very complex meals... the Jenair is expensive and I know it will last decades.
In the real world we get what we pay for.... I shine my cooktop every night, cleaning it
like a trophy that will serve me well for decades.
