I followed the instructions to the letter to install and still was unable to install properly. Found out there was a defective edge on the item and immediately requested a replacement. I will try again with the replacement and then maybe add a better review. Pretty sure it is going to go bad as the first but I am optimistic.

I purchased this OtterBox about two weeks ago when I received my new iPhone X. Not only does it not seem as good as your previous models on top of that you have to pay another fee for the separate glass cover. The defender series is perfect as soon as it comes out for this phone I’m getting rid of this one
