Overpriced, and not impressed

Installed on a new Xs Max. I followed the directions precisely. Every step. While the placing template is a nice touch, I still wound up with air bubbles and flecks. Furthermore, the protector did not do a good job of sealing itself, and I had to try to squeeze out air bubbles. I have protectors costing far less that were at least as good, if not better. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t Quite Fit

I’ve had Otterbox Defender cases for my iPhones since iPhone 4. This is the first case that just doesn’t quite fit right. I’m hoping this is just because the case came out so soon after the phone does and that they will adjust the dimensions or tolerances so this fits better...

With no debris under the glass it has had bubbles since day on that wont come out. I always used another manufacturer in the past. Will be switching back as soon as I break this one.

There is a alignment frame provided that you put around top of your phone to perfectly aligned Alpha glass to your phone’s screen. Peel backing off Alpha glass and using provided cloth you align and press into place pushing air bubbles out sides. Easy professional type installation.

overall it was a very premium experience. love the idea if included and alignment tool. application was easy and the glass looked perfect for about a week. then it developed a symmetrical bubble on the bottom portion of the glass, the rest remains perfect. At this price level I expected perfection.
