I bought the Otter Box for the new Iphone xs max and I am totally disappointed. I bought this for my granddaughter for her 13th birthday and it looks all scratched. These are not cheap and the quality is not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great case in need of installation instructions

Inserting a phone into a case should be intuitive, however, in this instance, I needed to call a helpline and was referred to a video to figure out how to install. Disassembly and assembly instructions clearly need to be highlighted. Otherwise, the case is very rugged and will serve my purposes well.
