Not the best from Otterbox

Bought this as an alternative to the defender case for the iPhone XR. Was great being a slimmer fit on the phone but the clear back scratched too easily and the pursuit case wasn’t very grippy. Ended up buying the defender case although it is a tighter fit in any car mount due to the width.
I wouldn’t recommend the Pursuit case if you want to put it down and not have the back of the case marked or scratched.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hopefully it offers the protection as advertised. It seems too thin to do so, but I've always had great success with otterbox. Very, very expensive case and the clear backing scratches easily - not really happy with that.

Cheap case at premium price

After one day the case was incredibly scratched up due to daily use and I’m good to my stuff. Looks like otterbox went cheap on the material but still wants premium prices...
I won’t buy otterbox cases anymore

I’m really a fan of otter box. The commitment and the way they stand behind their product makes them my go to cases. I normally order a ton of cases when I buy an IPhone. The past 3 phones I’ve only purchased otherbox cases. This pursuit cases is perfect for my xs max. The perfect protection and doesn’t make my phone bulky..

Overall awesome case to someone looking for maximum protection without all of the bulk, only adjustment needed would be to the mute switch, cutout is very off center and bothers me some.

No Holster

The Pursuit Series Case is actually excellent but lack of a Holster for any of the cases is awful. The phone is really too big to put in a pocket so a holster is needed. Yes, you have a sister company that sells something but the reviews for it seem to indicate too many times of the phone being knocked off.
