We used to have pretty old filters in and the flow was poor. New ones increased the flow by 5x.
Regarding the install; the filter did not stay all the way pushed up into the housing. I put a penny at the bottom of the filter to keep it pressed tightly. There is no water flow if it’s not snug. The little trick worked.

Water is great - taste + no scale in coffee boiler. Appreciate high flow rate compared to 2 stage system. Installation was easy, same as 2 stage except required more space.

Hope: Less frequent filter replacement. We were replacing 2 stage every 2 months due to scale in coffee pot.
Cons: The reverse valve for Turing the faucet on/off is silly. I want a proper valve.
