The installation process for this filter is horrible. The replacement filters are poorly seated in the housing, which causes low-or-no flow issues. Mine just stopped flowing a few weeks after replacement installation. After attempting to fix it, the filter housings also leak past the o-ring seals. Google searches reveal known design issues with this system. I am giving up on this poor Aquasana design and and going back to an APEX filter system.
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable

I've enjoyed the product until yesterday when I attempted to change the filters. Two went back in place with no problem. The pre-filter housing, however, will not fit back in place and I am currently unable to use the fiter. I will be calling customer support regarding this issue.

After ordering replacement cartridges the housings leaked. I called a plumber and they could not fix it. They told me the system was cheap. I had them remove the system completely
Pros: Nice faucet
Cons: Not durable

I love the water purification and taste but every time we have had to change filter we have issues. The system is not easy to change the filters. Every time it leaks and our system now has no water coming out. We followed the instructions and even had a plumber come and no luck. This is our second system and within one filter change it is not working. I am looking to see if there is a water filtration company to come fix it but this is all more costly than the actual filter.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet
Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable
