Easy to install system as well as change filters. Filters come with small battery for system that powers a “beep” signal when filters need to be replaced. LOVE that it helps keep so many single use plastic water bottles out of environment. I’ve installed systems in my short term vacation rental properties and encourage guests to bring their own reusable bottles…. People love the mindfulness

Was working fine until after I changed the filters for the first time. Now an air lock seems to have stopped the flow. A procedure to let air/water escape from one cannister helps for a few days, and then the flow stops again.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Not durable

We certainly wish to help resolve this soon! Kindly proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Detach the sump from the cap, and then re-attach, tightening the cap until it's flush with the sump.
Step 3: Use a sump wrench if necessary. Be sure to avoid over-tightening, as an under, or over-tightened cap can damage the hardware and cause leaks in your system. This process should mitigate that issue.
Step 4: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
If further guidance is needed, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at 866-662-6885 Option 1, Monday thru Friday from 8 am-5 pm CST.

This water filter replaced another water filter under our sink. It was easy to install and worked as promised for the past 3 years. Cartridges are easy to change and work as promised. The water is tasteless and odorless as it should be.

Not impressed with Claryum 3 stage water filtrati

The ease of installing was fantastic, however the system takes way to long to charge up, and the water comes out as a trickle. When I talked to customer service they advised to switch the number 1 filter with the number 3 filter, marked improvement.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Durable, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
