Installation process initially was good. Replacing the filters was different. 2 of the 3 leaked. I had to remove them 3 times and reinstall for one to stop leaking. The other one took about 5 times to do dripping. I still hold my breath and keep a bowl under it to make sure it doesn't drip.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet
Cons: Filters need replacing too often

the new filters are very nice. i find the subscription management is confusing on the website, I can really tell weather my subscription is shipped or not, so i end up ordering 2 shipment. Also, can you do not use Fedex to ship to Canada please? FedEx charge a rediculous fee for international shipment. DHL does not charge anything for the shipment. thanks

We are enjoying our new water filtration system, the reverse osmosis. High marks on everything. My only disappointment is with the noise it makes when the tank refills up. I think it has to do with the water pressure in our building. I plan on following up with customer services. Otherwise, we are happy, and we now are drinking more water, which of course is good for our health.
