I originally purchased a two stage under counter filtration system and used it for a few years. Recently Aquasana offered a 3 stage configuration with an increase in filter sizes. The reinstallations was as easy as the first time, maybe even easier! Water flow rate increased quite dramatically! I'm looking forward to many more years of use especially with the automatic filter replacement system!!
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install

This is the first time replacing the filters in the 3 stage system. The directions online and included in the box were clear and concise. Very easy to replace the old filters. Ordered online - easy. Quick shipping. Too bad there is not some sort of recycling program for the old filters. Will order again as long as this system is available.

The installation was not easy because of a poorly made Pre-Filter. It was leaking. Spent a long time trying to troubleshoot. Had to wait till the next day to call Aquasana. I was told to put a coin under the filter. That stopped the leak. Also the cartridges do not go in as easily as the videos would lead you to believe. Apart from that, the water tastes great.

I really enjoy having the filter system. The installation was a challenge in the beginning because I had to rely on videos, which I had to search for. I had to make a call to customer support. I thought they would have a support center or location that would send someone out to your home and they do not have such a place. They provide support over the phone. It turned out that I just needed to add a "quarter" to the bottom of the filter system...weird, but it worked to my surprise! I do feel that I am drinking contaminant-free water. I would recommend the system. Once I learned what to do, it's not bad to maintain and operate now.
