The filter really takes out things I find that make me not want to drink my tap water. The flavor is nice clean and refreshing. When I drink the tap water straight? It taste a bit fishy and unpleasant.

I do not care for the taste of the water. It has a soap taste to it.. I do not care for the spout as you have to put the glass over the sink to have room to fill it. I bought extra filters when the had a special on them at the time I got the system. After I use us them up I am going back to my old system. The pressure is also very low. I take almost 30 to fill an 8 oz. glass. Not happy with this system.
Cons: Slow pour, Cloudy Water
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
