Installation was relatively easy given that I usually these types of tasks. I also am pleased with the high-flow rate of the water. Definitely an improvement in taste and clarity over using regular tap water. Although this is a new unit, replacing the filters when due is quite simple especially compared to a reverse-osmosis unit.

After reading some negative reviews about the replacement filters, I delayed replacing them. After 10 months, I decided that it was time to give them a go. The process was simple -- within 10 minutes everything was hooked up and running with no leaks. I did not have the issue others report where the filters won't stay in the housings. So relieved to have the new filters with no stress!

I can’t figure out how to get it installed. Plumbers won’t install until a hole is drilled into my kitchen counter. No one wants to come to drill my counter for a faucet. Very frustrating.
