I can’t discuss the quality of the water without mentioning that the filter leaked destroying not only my kitchen but my downstairs neighbor’s as well. Floors, cabinets, electric all gone. Cannot imagine how much this will cost to fix. Five digits east.

Installation process is straight forward. But I do not have peace of mind that contaminants are being removed because contaminants appear at the bottom of pots and kettle within a week after replacement. And the contaminants will build up at the tip of the water outlet where worn out (see picture) after cleaning. What I have to do is to have 2 5-gallon Brita pitchers to filter the water twice after filtering by Aquasana system. And sadly, both the Brita filters have to be replaced every 8-9 days or when contaminants appear (whenever comes first.) The concept of Aquasana is great but the contaminants in tap water are much stronger than we can expect. So please keep improving! Thank you very much!
