First off, yes, we had to go buy extra tubing because we wanted it to the far left of the sink. Other than that we are so, so happy with it, so far. I feel lIke I can go to the kitchen and get a drink of water and it not put poisons in me! Such a relief! I found myself previously not drinking water on purpose because of our city waters health alerts cards and because of not knowing the safety of plastic bottles. Now I can drink like I know I should for my health! Thank you!

I use this filter system for drinking water, cooking and making various types of drinks. It installs separate from your primary faucet. You will need a spare hole in the sink to mount the filter faucet (faucet/fixture provided). If you have a spray want, you can use that hole if you do not have a sink with an extra hole for an additional device (some sinks have four holes, some just three). You can also drill a new hole if you are handy with such matters, or even possibly install it next to the sink, which could become complicated. I simply unattached my spray wand and used that hole, reattaching the spray want under the sink for future reinstall if desired. The flow is not high volume, but for instance an 16 OZ water bottle can be filled in about eight to 10 seconds. The water tastes great and removes bad taste and pollutants very well. It will last much longer than other types of filters, especially pitcher types.
