We purchased this based on a Wirecutter review saying it had the best certifications for water quality. That may be true but we’re not experiencing that great water because it leaked out of the box, from where one of the filters connects to the manifold. They are sending me a replacement part which will hopefully fix the issue (not assured) but in the meantime I wasted a day putting this in and then reconnecting the water, which I’ll then have to do over again.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was wary of other customer reviews complaining of leaking but we needed an under sink filter for the PFAS in our public water supply. We hired a licensed plumber to install the unit. Despite this, one of the filters is leaking. The plumber made a second visit but was unable to remedy the leaking. It’s a good filter but in a very poor quality product.
Pros: Good Water Flow
Cons: Not durable

had to get a installer for this product. seems the water lines and the lines of the filter were not compatible and technically still not resolved. had a continuous leak under the sink.
as a result the water flow is extremely slow. at this point i'm not sure if it was worth the purchase

The installation process was a bit involved (and I've got a lot of plumbing experience). Longer service pipes to enable more flexibility on placement would be nice. That being said, once I figured out how to make it fit, the water quality has been superb. Very happy with our purchase.

Good water but filter leaks

We enjoyed the clean water but one of the three filters is leaking. I patched it with plumbers tape even though the directions say not to use tape. We've used the filter long enough to change it again; so now its leaking as before. Plumbers tape didn't hold back the leak this time. We got a year out of it. Now I have to replace with a different system.
I would recommend this to a friend!
