We have used Aquasana filters for several years now. We use under-sink and shower systems. I buy on-the-counter systems for my adult offspring when they move out! The under-sink three-module filter is a terrific upgrade from the two-filter system of about 7 years ago: The faucet has improved quite a bit: No dripping after you shut off and the flow rate is significantly higher, so there's no toe-tapping feeling while filling a water bottle. In addition, the spout is subtly spring-mounted, so if you bump into it with a glass while filling, you don't get the sense that you will bend something or nick a seal. I am very impressed with the engineering that went into the system.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to change filters, Easy to install, Nice Faucet System
Feel great to have silky and quality water right out of the tap. Installment manual is not the best but acceptable. Restricted water flow is the only downside. All in all, recommanded.
I found the system easy to install. Probably the biggest challenge was that the hole I thought I could use in my sink was already occupied by my dishwasher air gap, which I didn't want to mess with, or do anything that would violate code. This meant drilling a hole in the stainless steel sink, which was easy enough with a power drill. Small starter hole, then use a step bit to get it up to the desired size. Only install challenge from there was the tight space under the sink. We've been enjoying the convenience and quality of the filtered water to this point. No complaints on that end.
