I found the system easy to install. Probably the biggest challenge was that the hole I thought I could use in my sink was already occupied by my dishwasher air gap, which I didn't want to mess with, or do anything that would violate code. This meant drilling a hole in the stainless steel sink, which was easy enough with a power drill. Small starter hole, then use a step bit to get it up to the desired size. Only install challenge from there was the tight space under the sink. We've been enjoying the convenience and quality of the filtered water to this point. No complaints on that end.

We use this product for all our drinking and coffee water. Love it! Wish it had adapters on the main body so you could use stainless connectors rather than push in plastic, they work well though.
