It was easy to install and now I can't live without it!! Taste of the water is so improved. We had so much rust (iron) in our water that I was diagnosed with ..hemochromatosis and was having to have blood taken to get my iron down..Not my tests are normal again!! Going to get my kids one!!

I love my new water filter. Installation was fairly easy. I though a part was missing but it was wedged inside another part. One quick call to Aquasana and they alerted me to look inside another part and there it was. It has an attractive faucet that matches my other brushed nickel faucet. The water tastes great. The only con I can think of is that it pours a bit slow, but nothing I can't deal with. I use it for drinking water and to clean my fruits and vegetables! It gives me a peaceful feeling to know my drinking water is safe!

I waited to have this installed by someone who is more familiar with plumbing and he didn't have any problems except that a piece was missing. He called the company and they send a replacement within 3 business days. So far it has been working well and even though it's a bit slow coming from the faucet, it is worth it to have cleaner water!
