This is system gives a very good upgrade in the my taste of our water and saves me with hauling many cases of bottle water. I live in an apartment so space is valuable and this really help to eliminate the storage of the bottles as I would buy ten cases at one time. The installation of product was very easy and went without a hitch - took about one hour (I read instruction's the night before ) and had all tools ready --- do not know how long filters will last me but so far very happy with this product --- yes one more thing to make life easier.

I was a bit concerned when I read other reviews that the tap was poor quality but after installing it the tap is rock solid. The instructions weren't clear and I put a washer on backwards and had a hose pop off making a bit of a mess. Other than that I am super satisfied!
