The installation manual can be greatly improved -- if it was printed in a slightly larger format that would make a big difference. The pictures, particularly the picture of the all of the parts laid out is very difficult to see the way it is printed. Also, the hoses connecting the filter to the faucet could be longer -- it was just barely long enough for my sink. Also, the faucet seems a bit fragile / flimsy. I hope it lasts. But the water tastes great and the whole apparatus is a good bargain. Recommended, but with a bit of caution.

It is my first experience with well water. Even if the water tested fine, I feel better knowing that many of the contaminants are being filtered out. I am also happy because I am not contaminating the environment with plastic bottles. I really like the glass containers that come with the whole kit.

I spent a great deal of time searching for the right filter to invest my money in. I am convinced this is the best and simplest filter you can get for home use. I installed the filter under the sink right next to the garbage disposal. Before receiving I was worried about space restrictions under the sink but found the filter housing to be very compact and fit perfectly. Installation was quick and painless. I did a side-by-side water taste test before and after the filter. I cannot believe how much better the filtered water is. I am impressed by the rugged housings for the disposable filters. They rotate a few degrees and lock in place and are sealed with o-rings. I don't anticipate ever having problems with the assembly. My only complaint is that the water flow out of the filter is quite slow. Overall, I highly recommend this filter assembly.
