I have had one for four years and I just bought another one. The instruction manual for assembling the filter is terrible - it should be rewritten.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet
Cons: Difficult to install

Always runs out

Not sure if it’s the low pressure in our area or the system itself. Always runs out of filtered water. Can barely fill 2 people’s drinking glasses. Lucky if we can fill our keurig water container. Have to have a jug or water bottles on hand always in case RO tank doesn’t make it all the way for cooking pots etc. Pretty disappointed really

When we test our water, the water coming from our city was is almost the same particle count as the Expensive filtered water. The Blue tooth feather has never worked even with opening several tickets.
Pros: No odor
Cons: Slow pour

This is my third or fourth filter. (I don't even remember that.) I keep buying the same filter over and over again. People had issues with leakage of the replacement cartilages, so I have decided to keep buying a new all the time. I just wish they had an option to buy without a faucet as I have a collection of them now... :)
The installation was very easy. The water filter is for under the sink, which is very practical for me. Also, it is easy to use and to control. The water tastes good. I can taste a difference in water quality. Very pleased with this water filter, and I will keep buying it.

We LOVE our filter! It fits easily on to our sink and takes very little room. We put our water pitcher under the new faucet and fill it up for a day of clean, fresh water.
Couldn't be better!

Installation was easy enough for crawling around under the kitchen sink. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Didn’t take away as much space under there as I was prepared for - it’s more low profile than you might think. I did try to lay out enough room to comfortably change filters so we’ll see how that goes. Really good tasting water.
