Water tastes better than normal tap water and no odor. I don't see the slimy thing in the bottles now. Water flow is good and consistent, takes less than a minute to fill up 2 ltr bottle. Installation was not difficult as long as you are equipped with needed tools to drill a hole. Changing the filters is easy too. Seeing no leakages so far. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and hoping customer service is wonderful as the product!
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Flow rate 10% below spec (70 seconds to generate .5 gallon versus spec of 60-seconds) despite NEW filters and Water Pressure of 40 psi (spec: 20-80 psi).
Clearly, flow rate will deteriorate over time as filters do their job.
Water taste is good and customer service was attentive, but Aquasana has a truth-in-labeling problem IMO!
Another thing to know (not disclosed) is that you are not supposed to use this product to provide dual service to an ice maker, which makes no sense for an under counter product!
The area I live in has municipal water, so I wasn't worried about pathogens or sediment necessarily. However the water treatment plants draw water from the local river, which has had issues with PFAS/PFOA levels due to a local chemical plant. I originally had a water cooler and had 5 gallon jugs delivered from a local company, but it was getting to the point where I would need 9-10 jugs per month. I was tired of lugging them around, not to mention the cost and storage of the containers. I searched for a good under-sink filtration system with a dedicated faucet, specifically one that was ANSI certified for reduction of PFAS. Many of the other products I found state that they are certified, but when I looked on the ANSI website their products/company info was nowhere to be found. Aquasana was one of the only products I found that truly is ANSI certified and you can easily find them on the ANSI website. With the cost of the filtration system itself and the filter changes every 6 months, I would easily save a good chunk of money per year.
Shipping was pretty quick, and installation was very straightforward with basic hand tools. The faucet that came with the kit was perfect for what I needed (filling glasses, water bottles, the dogs bowl, etc.) and matched my existing oil rubbed bronze faucet set. Filter installation is a breeze, and I like that you can set up a subscription to have a new set of filters delivered every 6 months. Water quality is outstanding and I like that it filters out the unwanted chemicals without getting rid of the beneficial minerals.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install

The filters went in rather easy, and the water is really good. We had 4 people taste test between it and tap water and everyone chose the filteres water. It would be nice to provide some 90 degree adaptors for use at the points that the tubes enter the unit. The arcs for the tubes are quite large to keep from kinking.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
So glad to have finally found something that allows me to be comfortable drinking water from a tap and not using plastic anymore. I was a little apprehensive but really needed to cut back on the plastic waste. I saw a commercial at the right time and decided to try. Compared to what I spend on bottled water, it was a deal. It was also very easy to install in our sprayer section on our sink, which also gave us the opportunity to upgrade our main faucet. I love that the water has good stream and pressure and there is no scent or taste. I have a glass pitcher and keep some in the refrigerator as well. SO happy I made this switch, not just because of super clean water but also feels good to cut down on waste and plastic contamination.
