We've had The RO about 3 weeks now and we LOVE IT !! I wish we had ordered one sooner. My husband had no problem installing it, the longest process was drilling a hole in the sink as per our sink wasn't adapted for a water feature. I like the idea of setting up a starship for new filters so I dont have to remember when to order. The Quality of the water is supreme, my whole family has felt various health benefits. From a decrease in inflammation, weigh loss, cleared up acne and taste buds for certain foods are more enlightened. Definitely give the Auqasana a 5 star rating.☆☆☆☆☆
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unit failed and flooded my kitchen and basement

Unit worked for two weeks and then the tube connecting the unit to brass t broke in the middle of the night. Pretty much it flooded my kitchen and basement. Spend a day dumping the water out. I got a plumber to install the unit and he did it by the instruction book. Not sure how the tube came off the the brass T connector.
Had to find other fitting to make connection . There is no change in the water taste . We have hard water here and the water still taste like slime not crisp and clear like I was expecting . Thinking of asking about return . Just don’t feel like going through the trouble of taking it out and shipping .
I bought this under sink filtering system with the hopes of replacing the sink faucet and pitcher products previously used. So far, it worked for a brief period of time then slowed down to a trickle. Got instructions with two things to try. Tried backing off filters 1/4" and it worked for a brief period of time then slowed down to a trickle and stopped. Tried inserting a coin under each filter. It worked for a day and then the same slow down, stop, intermittent slow flow. I have spent literally hours on this filter only to arrive at the same disappointing conclusion. I could not recommend this product at this point and am runnoing out of patience. I have had reverse osmosis units in the past and a variety of other brands but none have had this problem. It certainly is not the installation and I am at a loss to know what to try next.
Cons: Slow pour

easy to install, clean fresh tasting non metallic tasting water with a sharp faucet!
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
I liked the price point on this item. Also liked the fact that it says it retains minerals. However I am not sure how I can test that. I had difficulty with locating parts since my faucet is 1/2" not the 1/4" fittings that come with it. I have never seen a kitchen faucet with 1/4". So I had to spend an addition 15$ on adaption parts. Its been two weeks plus since I have installed this. I use this for my cooking and coffee, tea water. I tried it for just drinking after one week. Not sold on taste. Couldn't even drink a glass. Will try again this week, hoping it will taste good since I really want to stop hauling my water jugs back and forth to the water machine.....
Service was good. Not happy with barrage of email, and I have opted out several times. I see I need to contact directly and insist a little more firmly. Installation is very easy, and I would say requires minimal skill. Not sure I taste much difference between the filtered and tap water. Either it's not really doing anything, or my tap water isn't that bad to begin with and did not really need it.
Only reason I bought an under counter is we upgraded counters and faucet, and could not use the Brita faucet mount anymore.
I bought the more expensive high flow, and without a comparison to regular I can't really tell if worth it, but I anticipated higher rate of flow.
