Terrible Product

It would be a great product if it worked. I bought this just over 2 years ago. I’ve replaced the filters regularly and each time has been a frustrating experience. As others have mentioned, the “sumps” have a vacuum seal and are virtually impossible to open. This time has been the worst, though, and is the final straw. (Which is sad because I’ve been a customer for 10 years, I think.) I followed all of the instructions to replace the filters. It worked beautifully for a few hours and then just stopped working. No water flow at all. I’ve now taken it apart seven times and the exact same thing happens… it works for a few hours and then stops. I’m so beyond frustrated! I can’t keep battling with this thing so it’s time to find another system.
Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install, great taste and love the quiet, lack of noise! I originally had purchased the counter top, pump version that is very noisy and drips . Great purchase.

Love the compact size, the freshwater we now have plus the battery reminder and the filters for life to make life easier. I deducted a star because I was very disappointed in the quality of the faucet. It is very lightweight and does not seem durable. Hoping it holds up.

I’m enjoying the good tasting water. I gave this product a 4 star because I am concerned about the reviews that indicated water damage and leaks. I have containers under each of the filters. The handyman that installed for me had to purchase plastic tubing because it didn’t come with the system and he also purchased new O-rings because the ones in the package were old and one broke. I don’t know if I recommend to others yet.

Unscrewing the top of the filter

We spent 3 hours to unscrew the filter top but couldn't open it. Also, the upper portion of the filter was not enough spacious to hold my left hand tight. Can't believe how such design is not user-friendly.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Difficult to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Black canister leak

The black canister developed a pinhole leak at the bottom. Not good.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
