Two major problems in the last 6 months. The first was a cracked cartridge holder. the second was a leak from the upper unit. In both cases I heard water dripping from under the sink. Fortunately, I was able to turn off the water supply before the water spilled over a plastic carrier I had under the sink.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often, Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our first water filter system

My husband was able to install it on a weekend afternoon. It definitely does a good job. We have a water distiller so we put filtered water versus non filtered water in it and there was a big difference. The Aquasana filtered water left no residue in the distiller.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install

I had been paying for a popular water delivery service. I became totally frustrated with their incompetence, which included missed deliveries. I then remembered about the under the sink filter alternative. I checked for reviews. Aquasana came up with a very good rating. After receiving and installing the under sink three filter system, I have to agree. This Aquasana filter system is everything that I had hoped it would be. The product appears to be very well made. The instructions were very clear, and I was able to install it with no problems at all. The water tastes great. I only wish I had made the switch sooner.

I did not buy my Aquasana 3-Stage Under Counter Water Filter new. I bought it from a friend who used it in her coffee shop to filter the water for her machines. She wanted a larger one so I bought this one. Before installing it I replaced the filters. If you do not believe a water filter is worth it you will once you replace the filters and see what it removes. I was very impressed with how easy this was to install and equally as impressed with how much better the water tastes. I'm a customer for life now. I'm so impressed with this product that I plan on installing a whole house unit next year.

Instillation was easy, the video was very helpful. I had some difficulty pushing the tubes all the way to their marked spots. There was leaking the first time because I hadn’t pushed the tubes in all the way, but I completed the tube insertion and it has worked great since then.
