The water where I live is already a High quality but I was concerned about pesticides from firestry practices. The delicious taste us an added bonus plus having an extra tap makes it so easy to grab a drink in a budy kitchen! The only thing that could be improved us info aboutwgat us filtered out as the booklet as very small text and certifications may not be relevant to Australia

No more bottled water

I purchased the 3 stage max flow system about a week ago. Water tastes so great I just had to do a review. I had identical glasses filled one from sink and one filtered. Both myself and my wife and kids could tell the difference immediately. The nasty chlorine chemical smell is gone. Then I trick my wife I placed some of our regular bottled water in one glass and filtered water in another identical glass and asked her to choose which is better. She actually choose the glass with the aquasana filtered water. I do not have any issues with the flow rate, its filtered and is expected to be slower coming out the tap. IF you can spend 4 hours sitting watching TV you can wait 30 seconds to fill a glass of water. For us we fill up a pitcher of water and place it in the fridge to chill, its that simple. For people who had hoses bursting out, I highly suspect its lack of following instructions. They have a diagram of exactly how far the hose is to go in the filter housing, which is about 1 full inch. If its not that far in then you did not put it in correctly and it will leak and the hose will come out. It was tough even for me to get it all the way in, but just wiggle it in there until it finally snapped in place while holding down the outer ring and pushing firmly on the hose. For people who say the tap that provide is loose, again lack of proper installing of the black circle disk at bottom of sink is probably installed upsidedown and not clamping to the sink, the raised circle part should face the floor. We'd had filters from bigbox stores and they simply do not compare to how great this water tastes. I want to add shower filters next and I hope to eventually upgrade to the whole house system.

I have had this for a week now, and will update with use. A little tricky to install, but not bad. The instructions provided also were for the "perfect" sink. Also we had a piece missing and had to purchase from another source. But, the filter itself is working well. Water flows well and I am excited for clean and easy water access.

All the parts were there. The instructions were very clear. One person can do it easily, but having a helper when you screw the faucet into the counter makes it easier to correctly line up the flange with the hole in the counter.
