The two tubes that comes with the filter are soft and get disconnected once all connections are made. The installation was easy but it didn't work. Water leaked at the time of installation and again 2 days later resulting in flooding of the house and significant repairs (replacement of drywall on ceiling and walls of the basement). I had a plumber look at the tubing and he confirmed that the tubing after connections are made as instructed can be pulled out with force which is what turning on the water valve was doing and led to the flooding. Our plan is now to replace the tubing with PEX pipes and see if that would hold. Very disappointed overall!
Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable

Good kit and great filtering, but water very slow

The water is crystal clear and the kit was easy to install, but the water comes out painfully slow from the included faucet, very slow flow. Our water pressure at home is fine and no issues with slow water from other sources. Our previous purification system (Similar to this one but different brand) didn't have this issue.

I had it for couple of years.After changing the filter the first time,had to deal with water leaks.Fifteen minute project became all days work to stop the leaks.I was dreading to replace the filters second time,this time I was not able to stop the water leaks.Greased the O rings,no help.Looking for replacement.
