My son-in-law installed my system. He didn't have any problems. This is my second Aquasana system. I updated to a better style. The water taste great. I am happy with my upgrade.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Awful water flow rate, half the rated amount and after one set of emails they haven't responded to my last two/three emails.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The water is crystal clear and the kit was easy to install, but the water comes out painfully slow from the included faucet, very slow flow. Our water pressure at home is fine and no issues with slow water from other sources. Our previous purification system (Similar to this one but different brand) didn't have this issue.

Install was straight forward. The housing is bit flimsy but works. After installation, no leaks everything works great. Water tastes great!

great as long as you dont change the filters

I had it for couple of years.After changing the filter the first time,had to deal with water leaks.Fifteen minute project became all days work to stop the leaks.I was dreading to replace the filters second time,this time I was not able to stop the water leaks.Greased the O rings,no help.Looking for replacement.

The filter system was very easy to install! The design and size of the system required little to no rearranging of my under sink cabinet items. The water flow has been sufficient for our needs, and the water quality and taste is a vast improvement over our filter pitcher. The only "complaint" is the spigot feels a bit delicate when rotating it, but telling my family to not "yank on it" should be fine.
