With the corrected parts provided in a separate package, the water filters package was installed successfully and the filters were put into service. At present, we are pleased with the performance of water filters.

Having had an under counter water filter for years, I switched brands due to cost of other brand. The Claryum-3 stage is is more simple even though I will need to change filters every 6mos because of smaller size. Again the cost is less with than old brand. The brush nickel matches my existing faucet and looks better.
Pros: Clean taste, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour

The installation was straightforward and easy (most difficult part was climbing under the sink for an old guy!) Instructions were easy to follow. The water tastes fine, better than tap water, but not sure I’d go so far as to say delicious. No complaints other than the time it took to get delivered to me (7 days from order to shipping and 3 days more for shipping).
Pros: No odor, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour

Overall, we are enjoying our new water filter. We just had to replace the cartridges and now are experiencing slower fill. Other than that, we wish we would have done this a long time ago. Is there any reason why the filter would be filling slower now after changing the cartridges?

Loved it, but now it’s leaking

We loved the filter. Two issues: (1) the dedicated faucet does not stay tight with the equipment they provided (he paid a professional plumber to install), and (2) after replacing the filters for the first time there is a leak. Now we can’t use our cold water in the kitchen sink at all until fixed. The is the last thing I want to deal with.

Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable

Had the filtration system installed professionally to avoid any problems from doing it myself. Two of the 3 filter cartridges have been leaking since day one. Research shows that this is a common problem (with the rubber o-rings at the top of the cartridge). I will be in touch with Aquasana to get going on a fix or a refund.

So far it seems like a pretty good filter. You get what you pay for. I don’t do much plumbing. The installation instructions weren’t great but I managed to install it myself. The water now tastes very good. The faucet seems quality. It did initially leak where it attached to the included faucet! I had to take it all apart again and use super glue to keep a part in place. Once it was back together I only opened the cold water spigot 75 percent. I feel it can’t take full pressure. I leave a clear bin under it and check it regularly to be sure I don’t get a floor again.
