The installation was a breeze , except that it was difficult to tighten the dsipenser thing because of the impossible clearances under my sink. I think you might advise tightening immediately before connecting cables.

We ordered two for two different faucets. One is working great - was installed by the plumber so I can't speak to how easy it is to install, and we are happy with it. Unfortunately, the second system is leaking at one of the filter casings and we haven't been able to use it yet.

I has the 3 stage system and it developed a leak. I order the same system but was sent the 2 stage system. The 2 stage is installed and appears to work. I tried contacting by email two times but with no response.

Installation was a little tricky. Plastic tubing lengths limited location choice. Took two tries to get it right. But connections were all tight and system started up with no leaks. Wife loves it (and no more Brita pitcher on counter top).
