Leaking filter

The system seems nice enough, I can definitely taste a difference in tap water verse filtered water, but the middle filter has been leaking since installed. Customer service was great helping me take care of it, however their remedy did not work so now I am waiting for a replacement to come in. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the filter and it’s a good product, I’m just disappointed with the filter issue from the start. The customer service is what gave the product a chance at redemption.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install

System works, but not without glitches

I’ve had this system for two years now. Can’t seem to keep it from leaking whenever I change out filters. I’m beside myself at this point wondering what to do next? Do I replace it with a whole new system or keep a bowl under my sink? Yes, I have worked with customer service and tried everything they may suggest. This definitely has not been plug-and-play.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy install and great tasting water

It was easy to install and the water tastes great. The flow of water is a lesser pressure than what we had in a previous filter but if we didn't have anything for comparison, I'd be impressed. Overall, we're please and would recommend.

A Solid Product, So Far

Installing the Claryum system was refreshingly simple. The water tastes great and it is incredibly convenient. The final stage filter does have a very minor leak - I keep an empty can under it to catch the droplets and could probably not look at it for a week and not have to empty the can.
Compared to the beyond-horrendous experience I had with the first iteration of the Clean Water Machine, the Claryum system is exactly what I need it to be. Just be sure that, when changing filters, the rubber gasket rings do not come unseated when pushing the filter up into the housing. This happened many time with the Clean Water Machine and resulted in leaks and damaged filter gaskets. I put a little water on them before I push the filter into its housing so the gasket doesn't get pushed downward out of its groove. I am not entirely convinced that this product will hold up to the test of time, but for the moment it's great.
Pros: Clean taste, Nice faucet, Easy to install

Why haven’t the app been replaced

I love the filter been using for about 4 years. The original setup have an app to track usage and alert when the unit need changing filter. It has been revoked from the App Store for over 2 years and still no replacement was one of the things that sold me on it.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often

Great for a year... and then started leaking

This was great for a year or so, but when we went to change the filter a second time the inlet started leaking. Because it is a press connection it is super weak and can't be fixed. Also -- they keep changing the filter sizes so we really had to finagle a lot in the seond filter change to get the water to flow. (The filter length pushed against the valed between filters, so when it is too short it won't flow between filters) If you want a long project in a year, this is great. Otherwise, maybe find something more sturdy.

Cons: Not durable

Clean and refreshing

The filtered water does taste clean and soothing, very refreshing. The installation was troublesome even for a handyman like myself. Followed the instruction, I had trouble aligning and installing the black filter. When I thought I had it in, it leaks. I came to find out the 2 mating holes in the base unit was 90deg out. Most likely an error at the assembly line. Recommend add to the instructions to check for alignment before installation. See photo. It needs a design change for easier filter replacement. The valve should have been higher to clear the countertop for cleaning.

Poor quality of Cartridge Sump

One of the two connection points in the yellow cartridge broke when I tried to reattach the sump. It wasn't even a strong twist and that connection point just broke. The worst part is that I can't find the replacement part for the sump only.
Pros: No odor, Good Water Flow
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable
