Why haven’t the app been replaced

I love the filter been using for about 4 years. The original setup have an app to track usage and alert when the unit need changing filter. It has been revoked from the App Store for over 2 years and still no replacement was one of the things that sold me on it.
Pros: Easy to clean, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for a year... and then started leaking

This was great for a year or so, but when we went to change the filter a second time the inlet started leaking. Because it is a press connection it is super weak and can't be fixed. Also -- they keep changing the filter sizes so we really had to finagle a lot in the seond filter change to get the water to flow. (The filter length pushed against the valed between filters, so when it is too short it won't flow between filters) If you want a long project in a year, this is great. Otherwise, maybe find something more sturdy.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The filtered water does taste clean and soothing, very refreshing. The installation was troublesome even for a handyman like myself. Followed the instruction, I had trouble aligning and installing the black filter. When I thought I had it in, it leaks. I came to find out the 2 mating holes in the base unit was 90deg out. Most likely an error at the assembly line. Recommend add to the instructions to check for alignment before installation. See photo. It needs a design change for easier filter replacement. The valve should have been higher to clear the countertop for cleaning.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install

Poor quality of Cartridge Sump

One of the two connection points in the yellow cartridge broke when I tried to reattach the sump. It wasn't even a strong twist and that connection point just broke. The worst part is that I can't find the replacement part for the sump only.
Pros: No odor, Good Water Flow
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Purchased the 3 phase, under the sink system. Filter installation was very easy. I had to drill a new hole for the faucet but very straightforward. I would give 5 stars if the quality of the new faucet was a bit more sturdy. I’m afraid to turn it or bump it as if feels like it will break off. The install of the filters very easy. Best of all, the water tastes fantastic! I would recommend buying your own faucet that’s built a bit better. But time will tell if it lasts.
The installation process was problematic. The fittings are plastic and kept leaking. Had to purchase brass fittings to stop the leak.
Cons: Difficult to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was looking for something to replace our reverse osmosis system and this one was recommended. Parts did not fit, had many serious leaks. Had to call a plumber to have it fixed. Water smells better than tap water but doesn't taste all that great.
Pros: No odor, Nice faucet
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install

We are using and enjoying our counter top 3 filter system. After a hole was cut by the granite company my husband had it installed under the sink in 20 minutes. Takes up minimal room. We are very pleased and have peace of mind
