My Aquasana system broke apart and I requested for a replacement. All they sent were filters and not the unit. They're not responding to my emails now.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

hold on had a whole list of what I was not allowed to tell ya pop up as mandates for my review... ReAlLy?!? ok so overall its quality, with a minor design issue, the outlet tube is to small not allowing for proper flow output. so it takes a bit. Install is simple, the faucet section is well designed. was 50 % off which is actually top end of the value

The filter cartridge came out too long for the filter body so the water wouldn't come out. Had to request new cartridges. When I called the technician was helpful and knew what the problem was.
