We are very satisfied with our new under-sink filter. It is working very well. The installation was a little more difficult than the online video and printed instructions implied, but that was not because of the Aquasana product itself. Our kitchen sink has two large basins and a garbage disposal on one drain. Installing the Aquasana faucet was the most difficult part of the installation due to having to reach around so much sink hardware.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
We purchased this unit to reduce the PFAS present in our water. I can't tell if it is, but it sure gives us peace of mind. The installation was easy with the parts provided. We replaced the unused soap dispenser in our sink deck with the Aquasana faucet. The chrome finish matches our chrome faucet. The only thing that could make the faucet better is to be able to adjust the handle position. As it comes, the handle is very close to the deck when closed. I'd like to be able to have it more horizontal when off.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
We love our new water filter. We purchased it because it was one of two filters that could address the issue our town water has. It was easy to install as we were replacing an old filter. Our water tastes fantastic now.
The first one that we got leaked out of the top. They trouble shot it over the phone and had us send it back and sent us a brand new one. It was easy to install and the second one was perfect.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Out of the box, the filtration system only passed water a literal trickle. The problem, the actual filters in the filter cylinders are not long/tall enough to cause the valve at the top of each cylinder to open properly. Aquasana support is as useless as it comes. I found a hack to get the system working properly on the Internet. Once working, the water tastes very clear. Will I be recommending this faultily manufactured product to friends and family...that's a hard no.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. We certainly wish to help resolve this soon! Kindly proceed with the following troubleshoot steps:
Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink. Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect. Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops. Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue. Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
If further guidance is needed, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at 866-662-6885 Option 1, Monday thru Friday from 8 am-5:30 pm CST.
I really like my new 3 stage filter. I guzzle tons of water every day. Having water come out so clean and refreshing every time without having to refill anything is super satisfying. I don't have a lot of counter space. Getting the water I need for cooking, coffee, or my personal bottle filled up before I leave for work is great for me and my kids.
Pros: Clean taste, Durable, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Go with the two stage system...I had for years with no problem and is easier to install in cramped under the sink locations versus the bulky three stage...
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow
