We're loving the taste of the water now and I have peace of mind knowing the water is exceptionally clean. We're curious about the beeping every time it's turned on though as the booklet I have doesn't address it.

Was able to install this on my own without any background in plumbing. Water tastes great and there is no longer a yucky taste to our drinking water! Water is cool, not cold. Not sure if that’s specific to our system, but something to mention in case you are expecting ice cold water. 5/5 stars. We plan to get another for the basement Rec room sink

Really like this filter. Exceed all of my expectations except that the flow is SLOW. Really really slow. But the water tastes markedly better than from our tap and my coffee is exponentially better too!

We are in love with our new water quality! Definetly easy to install, no issues with leaks or any other similiar situation. My wofe wishes the faucet was Gold colour, but there is no option for that. More than that, it is great! If anyone is looking for one of those, do not excitate. It is excellent!

We bought the under sink system with dedicated faucet. Filters were super easy to install. Came with everything we needed for installation. We did have to pay our countertop installer to come back and make another hole in the quartz for the dedicated faucet. faucet works great. Faucet Design isn’t as modern as we would like but the nickel finish blends with main faucet/hardware. Most importantly, water tastes great and we no longer waste counter space with a big water filter pitcher.

Filters leaked... Poor design in my opinion. I returned the item after installing and found the design flaw. It has been 4 days since the item arrivred at Aquasana's front desk, But have NOT recieved my refund or notice the refund has been processed. My previous Aquasana filter system was fine.... I was hoping that the under counter filter system would have been as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
