We purchased our home three years ago and it had an existing Aquasana system. I purchased the replacement filters. They arrived quickly and were super easy to install.
Loving our new source of delicious, crystal clear drinking water and the attractive mini-faucet that perfectly matches our kitchen decor. Installation was not as difficult as I feared, but I was concerned about the weak attachment of the water-in and water-out tube connections, which were very leaky at first. Some adjustment fixed that and there have been no leaks in the 3 weeks since. Very happy with my purchase.

Overall I am very pleased with my choice to purchase the 3 Stage Max Flow system. Order process very simple once I determined what system I needed, and the installation was just as easy. Probably took me 1 hour and I’m no plumber. I would have given the system 5 stars considering I am pleased, but I was expecting to have better water pressure. Everything seems correct, no bubbles or air in flow but it’s a slow flow of water. We use for drinking and to fill coffee pot, as well as cooking so just takes a little getting use to.
I was researching at home water dispensers when I started to see that everyone was so relieved to move to a filter. So glad we read ahead and went right to this approach. It was tough going getting through the quartz countertop. After a broken bit, my husband did it!

It doesnt work at all. I checked online and found out i am not the only one having issues. I havent had the time to call customer service yet.
