I absolutely love my Aquasana 3-Stage under counter filter! I've been buying bottled water for years and was looking for a more sustainable and cost friendly solution. Not only is it reasonably priced, but most importantly the water tastes super clean and delicious. It really makes drinking water more frequently easy!
I love this filter. My husband was installing it and got a phone call so I took over with my 10 year old. We got it done in about an hour including drilling the hole in the top of the sink. We read the instructions and also watched the video. I thought it was pretty easy. We monitored for leaks for a few days. The water is excellent. We could actually SMELL a difference with our blind taste test. The aquasauna water tastes like nothing. I am very pleased with this system. The brushed nickel matched our existing sink well. I use the water for drinking, cooking, coffee etc.

So far this filter system has made my city water chlorine smell and taste disappear by about 95% so I am very pleased with the results , i do wish the the inlet and outlet line for the water would would have line the Indicates exactly how far you need to push in to prevent leaks otherwise is great

Product leaks over time

I've had this filter system for 4 years. The water quality is great. The problem is leakage of the cartridges and manifold. The cartridges that the filters insert into eventually burst. Definitely install a leak detector, otherwise you may wake up to a flooded home. I've replaced the cartridges and manifold, which has also leaked multiple times. The units are plastic, and fail over time
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Not durable

Good but leaks

Would rate 5 if it didn’t leak. Leaked when installed so spend a significant amount of time to position just right so doesn’t drip. 6 months later I changed the filter - now the filter leaks and either need to buy a new unit or figure out if there is a replacement piece availability’s (doesn’t look like it based on website)

Clogs up, doesn't work

Install went fairly quickly. Water tasted great! For one week... Then it clogged and hasn't worked since. I've tried several solutions based on the feedback from community. Apparently this is a fairly common issue. Unfortunately nothing has worked.
Cons: Slow pour, Not durable

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink. Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect. Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops. Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue. Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.

i wrote explaining i had no instructions. the expensive faucet filter i bought will not fit my counter as i'd have to drill a hole through the granite. it is unusable at this point. please cancel my auto-refills.
