I have an ice maker line that needed to be attached and Aquasana couldn't/wouldn't provide an extra piece of hose and extra fitting. So I had to search until I found the correct pieces and then order them on line. Very frustrating. You'd think Aquasana could have made this common part available. Also, even though this is the "Max Flow" version, it's pretty slow - and getting slower after one month of use. Water tastes good.
It is so great to have filtered water on demand -- no more filling pitchers. Installation was super easy. Looks like it belongs with our bronze faucet.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour
I would recommend this to a friend!

First of all this unit will be removed and returned when my plumber comes by. Installation wasn’t easy, needed pliers to install the 1/4 inch outlet hose. Of course one on the cartridges started leaking. Water flavor is good. We wanted to love this unit, but it has to may issues.
I do like the multiple filter stages and the ease of changing filters. My only concerns were that the in/out tubes to the filter system both are difficult to install without leaking (and must not be jarred of moved post-install by bumping with under counter bottles and such) and the faucet / tap spins / rotates easily. Overall. A good product that performs as advertised. I hope to get years of service out of it.
This is a great system to buy for the price. Having a nice faucet and filter system was the best price that I found online. The installation is fairly easy. One problem was that the filters were leaking. The O rings on the filter system were defective. I had to go out to a auto supply store and buy the O rings to replace with the original filter system. Once that was fixed my system worked great. I've had it for a week and I'm thrilled that it works well. The faucet is sturdy and sleek looking.
