I'm enjoying the convenience of not having to buy bottled water. The water taste fine. The installation was quick and easy. The water flow is not great though.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Cons: Slow pour

System is easy to install and delivers good flow. Good tasting water. I gave it only 4 stars because I order the brushed nickel and received the chrome color. Is the only faucet in my kitchen that is chrome color.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Easy to install

Had my unit installed by a plumber. Water flow continuously trickled down to nothing. I called the product help line for a fix. I was instructed to remove the first cartridge, remove the filter and put a quarter in the cylinder and replace the the filter. It restored the water flow but what about water quality?
