I am satisfied with and enjoy fresh clean water thru my under the counter filter system. My only con is the overpriced replacement filters.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often

Provides clean water

We feel that the filter system we purchased and installed is an adequate solution that provides clean water that suites our families needs. We are very concerned however, that the canisters that hold the filters, not be allowed to crack under pressure. It happened once and care must be taken to ensure it never happens again.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Difficult to install

It's perfect

My plumber installed the filter, as I was also getting a new faucet. So I can't speak to the installation process, except that he didn't have any difficulty. It's in a nice, out of the way spot under the sink. The water flows beautifully, the water spout is beautiful, and most importantly, the water tastes fantastic.

Working well, but components are light duty

It is great to have water always available and not have to fill an external device. Water tastes good. Tester shows TDS where it should be. Installation (by user) was frustrating, mostly due to plastic tube not sealing well with push-in connectors. Eventually had to get replacement remineralizer as original one would not stop leaking. Kind of a pain, as the system has to be pressured up before the leaks start, then turned off and drained to try to fix leak. Turning off also disables cold water to main faucet, so disrupts whole kitchen. Would like to see higher quality plumbing components and a separate input valve for the RO system. Also, including a dishwasher Y drain fitting would have saved a delay ordering one from other source. Making a provision and instructions for diverting waste water to external holding tank would be helpful to eco minded people.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Difficult to install
