The installation process and video were excellent. MY installation was more complicated because of the sunken sink so I needed to hire a professional to assist. However, this was a personal issue as I'm 73 and could not do under sink connection to the dispenser unit. Otherwise everything was simple.

Everything is as advertised, except some of the hose provided is too short. In addition, there are no instructions that I saw to allow you to add a hose to your refer ice maker. Gotta figure it out for yourself.
Pressure is good. Faucet is high quality. Just needs another 1’ of hose to the tank.
