After some issues with the first unit due to a manufacturing error the system is working as designed. I would like a bit more water pressure. It takes longer than desired to fill a big pot but is sufficient for filling smaller jugs or glasses. The water tastes great! For the money this is simple to install and is a good value. Most importantly I feel confident the water is safe to drink.

We installed this system in December 2017 and really like the flow rate and quality of the water. We had it installed by a Pro plumber. The only thing we noticed was that the hanging ears for the system are somewhat weak. OWe remedied that by pacing a small bax between the wall and the back side of the filters.
